About the Role

NFU Mutual is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Appleby Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to new and existing customers, providing them with a personalized and tailored experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide range of general insurance queries, both face-to-face and over the phone, in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing them with solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Cross-sell our varied product range to give customers a service that truly suits their needs, while maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with our Financial Advisors to promote their services and schedule appointments with customers.
  • Meet the requirements and standards of NFU Mutual, the Training and Competence Scheme, and our regulators.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will have:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused approach and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer needs.
