As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to new and existing customers, providing a warm and personalized experience that meets their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of general insurance queries, both face-to-face and over the phone, providing accurate and timely responses to customers.
- Cross-sell our varied product range to give customers a service that truly suits their needs, while maximizing sales opportunities.
- Work closely with our Financial Advisors to promote their services and schedule appointments with customers.
- Provide comprehensive support to customers, addressing their financial requirements and providing solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements
- Experience working in a customer service environment, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
