We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at NFU Mutual. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our range of insurance products.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a variety of general insurance queries, both face-to-face and over the phone. Your primary goal will be to provide top-notch service, promote NFU Mutual products, and cross-sell our services to meet customer needs. Additionally, you will assist in promoting financial services offered by our advisors, aiming to schedule appointments with interested customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Promote NFU Mutual products and services, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to meet customer needs.
  3. Assist in promoting financial services offered by our advisors, scheduling appointments with interested customers.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About You

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals with a background in customer service. While experience in a regulated environment is preferred, we will offer comprehensive training to help you succeed. Strong organizational skills and effective time management are essential for this role.
