About the Role

Promoting the UCC Coffee Limited brand by working professionally and efficiently as part of a team or individually, installing, removing and relocating hot beverage equipment for a broad range of clients ranging from high street independents to national brands and organisations, working Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and a weekend rota 1 in 6.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to Health and Safety procedures, undertaking risk assessments to ensure that it is safe to work and bring any risks to the attention of the company management.
  • Documentation: Complete all necessary on-line job sheets, time sheets and other documentation as required, ensuring any paper work is available and has been reviewed and understood before setting off to site.
  • Pre-Installation Checks: Complete all necessary pre-installation checks, liaising with the client, other trades and third parties as indicated on work instructions to demonstrate a high level of customer care.
  • Installation and Commissioning: Install equipment in line with company standards and current regulations, completing all post installation & commissioning checks.
  • Client Satisfaction: Identify any changes to scope or requests by the client, record any changes and complete all client paperwork prior to leaving premises to validate client satisfaction.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Keep in good working order all tools, equipment and vehicles supplied by the company, reporting any faults, breakages or equipment failures to your line manager daily.
  • Spare Parts Management: Provide agreed spare parts stocks via hand held unit to ensure that parts are invoiced to the customer, deducted from stock and replenished to maintain your vehicle stock inventory.

  • Computer literate with a clean driving licence
  • Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location and hours
