Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Buckinghamshire & Northamptonshire. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and exchange of coffee equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Installation and equipment servicing, including planned maintenance and boiler inspections
  2. Repairing faults and ensuring customer machines are running efficiently
  3. Vehicle maintenance and parts management
  4. Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining customer retention
  5. Selling service and ancillary items to customers
  6. Preparing daily job schedules and ensuring the correct parts are in stock
  7. Liaising with the Engineer Resource Scheduler to determine service priorities and scheduling
  8. Providing customer advice, machine training, and high-quality machine repair
  9. Liaising with the Regional Service Manager to resolve customer issues and problems
  10. Liaising with sales personnel to ensure they're aware of customer concerns

Requirements:

We're looking for someone with thorough working knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance, with a proven track record in a customer-facing service environment. Field Service experience is preferred but not essential.
