The Role

  • Provide first-line support to customers for arranging coffee machine installations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to process customer orders efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding equipment requests and queries.
  • Work closely with internal teams to plan equipment allocations.
  • Review stock management to ensure the availability of relevant coffee machine equipment.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database.
  • Assist the team with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.

The Person:

  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Be able to respond to queries concisely via phone and email.
  • Exhibit the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Display attention to detail and strong data entry skills.
  • Be a confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working after completing the probation period.
