About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Equipment Installation Coordinator at UCC Coffee. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth installation of coffee machines for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to customers for arranging coffee machine installations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of equipment.
- Collaborate with our sales team to process customer orders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding equipment requests and queries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Work closely with internal teams to plan equipment allocations, ensuring optimal stock management and availability.
- Review and maintain accurate stock management records to ensure relevant coffee machine equipment is available for customers.
- Maintain a comprehensive customer database, ensuring system data is up-to-date and aligned with customer needs.
- Assist the team with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
