The Role

As a Trainee Coffee Machine Module Technician at UCC Coffee, you will be responsible for:

  • Dismantling and reassembling coffee machine modules to a high standard, ensuring all parts are cleaned and replaced as needed.
  • Identifying and sourcing replacement parts, accurately recording stock usage and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Testing completed modules to ensure they meet company quality standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workshop environment, adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet productivity targets and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
  • Completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, including documentation and record-keeping.

The Person:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who:

  • Has some mechanical experience, although full training will be provided.
  • Is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is a confident communicator and problem-solver, with excellent teamwork and time management skills.
  • Is willing to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Is able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
