The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Coffee Machine Installation Co-ordinator. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for coordinating the installation of coffee machines for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to customers for arranging coffee machine installations
- Support our sales team in processing customer orders
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding equipment requests and queries
- Plan equipment allocations in collaboration with internal teams
- Review stock management to ensure relevant coffee machine equipment is available
- Maintain accurate customer database information
- Assist the team with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
The Person:
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, able to communicate effectively via phone and email, and possesses strong data entry skills. If you are a confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and can work under pressure, we would like to hear from you.
