The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Coffee Machine Installation Co-ordinator. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coffee machine installations for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for customers arranging coffee machine installations
  • Collaborate with our sales team to process customer orders efficiently
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and equipment requests
  • Plan equipment allocations and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Review stock management to guarantee relevant coffee machine equipment is available
  • Maintain accurate customer databases to ensure system data is up-to-date
  • Assist the team with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

The Person:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional customer service. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Hybrid working available after probation
