Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Community Nurse to join our Adult Community Nursing Service in Hounslow.

About the Role

  • Assist the Community Team Manager in managing a designated caseload, ensuring holistic assessments are undertaken by competent practitioners.
  • Provide line management and leadership for the community nursing team, being accountable for the team caseload and the development of a skilled, competent, and motivated workforce.
  • Take a lead for a specific area of nursing practice, ensuring less experienced nurses have access to best practice knowledge and expertise.
  • Deputise in the absence of the Locality Nursing Team Manager, undertaking delegated tasks as development opportunities for succession planning.
