We are looking for a positive and adaptable Health & Safety Advisor who thrives in dynamic environments. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to managers and staff, ensuring they fulfill their health and safety responsibilities to the highest standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing local advice and support to operational teams and management.
  • Conducting relevant Health & Safety assurance activities to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Promoting a culture of safety through open communication and collaboration.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

  • A qualification at level 4 or above in Health & Safety.
  • Technical expertise in Occupational Health Risk Management and Wellbeing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Safety Risk Management principles.
  • Proven coaching and training skills.
  • Experience in assurance, audit, and investigation processes.
  • Membership with a relevant professional body.
