This role involves collaborating with the on-site maintenance team to perform both electrical and mechanical upkeep. Working Hours

This position operates on a Continental Shift pattern, including 4 nights on, 4 off, followed by 3 days, 3 nights, and 6 off, with shifts running from 07:00 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 07:00.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lighting Systems: Installation, Fault Diagnosis, Lamp Replacement, Ballast Changes, Control Panel Management, and Power Distribution
  • Emergency Lighting Maintenance
  • Air Conditioning Systems: Management of Air Handling Units and Fan Coil Units (including filter changes and cleaning)
  • Chiller Systems: Resetting and Maintenance
  • Water Treatment: Conducting Temperature Checks and Monitoring
  • Monitoring of Mechanical Equipment
  • Plumbing Duties: Unblocking Toilets and General Maintenance
  • Pump and Motor Management
  • Building Management System (BMS): Monitoring Hot and Cold Water Systems
