Program Overview

We are excited to present our Early Years Teacher Training Programme tailored for graduates. This program is designed to enhance your skills and prepare you for a rewarding career in early childhood education.

Your Role

As a trainee, you will work between 27 to 40 hours per week, across a minimum of three days. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment where every child can flourish.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement engaging activities that meet the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.
  • Communicating effectively with parents, children, and team members to ensure a supportive educational experience.
  • Delivering exceptional learning experiences tailored to each child's unique journey.
  • Monitoring and documenting children's progress, ensuring that every achievement is recognized and celebrated.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • An undergraduate degree in any field with a minimum classification of 2:2 (ENIC accepted).
  • GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science at grade C/4 or above, or UK equivalency.
  • Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities to effectively guide a classroom of young learners.
