About the Position

Best Practice Network Limited is excited to present an opportunity for graduates to participate in our Early Years Teacher Training Programme.

About the Organization

We operate a nursery dedicated to the care and development of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Our philosophy centers on fostering an environment that recognizes each child's individuality while providing the necessary support for emotional, social, and creative growth.

By focusing on each child's strengths, interests, and curiosities, we encourage exploration of their surroundings and the development of new skills and relationships.

As a trainee, you will be engaged in creating a safe and stimulating learning atmosphere where every child can flourish. You will collaborate with colleagues to plan, organize, and implement engaging activities that meet the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards for child development.

Effective communication with parents, children, and team members is essential to enhance the overall experience.

With a proactive approach and keen attention to detail, you will provide exceptional learning experiences throughout the children's educational journeys.

We celebrate each child's unique path, and you will play a crucial role in monitoring and documenting their progress and accomplishments. By adhering to our observation systems, you will ensure that every milestone is recognized and celebrated.

We pride ourselves on nurturing an environment that respects individual needs, acknowledging the diverse backgrounds, cultures, disabilities, and medical histories of each child. This commitment extends to our staff as well.

Your insights and feedback will be valued as we strive for excellence and continuously redefine what outstanding early years education entails.
