Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Education Support Professional to join our team at Hays PLC. As a Teaching Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and behaviour difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting students with SEN and behaviour difficulties on a 1:1 basis
  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and record-keeping
  • Helping to manage pupil behaviour in the classroom
  • Providing one-to-one support to pupils who require additional assistance
  • Participating in extracurricular activities and school events

Requirements

  • Level 3 Teaching Qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in behaviour and SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and a passion for education

What We Offer
