About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Ripple Education. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to children in the Early Years setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and develop
  • Support the school staff in facilitating the active participation of children in academic and social activities
  • Contribute to raising standards of achievement for all pupils
  • Implement the daily routine and plan age-appropriate activities in conjunction with other staff
  • Assist children in personal/intimate care and regularly evaluate their development
  • Liaise with parents/carers of children, as directed by the school's class teacher
  • Uphold the Ripple Education ethos and all safeguarding requirements
Requirements
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Minimum of 2 references
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Hold a qualification that meets the approved 'full and relevant' criteria for Early Years qualifications and inclusion of staffing ratios
