Early Years Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Ripple Education. As an EYFS Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to children in the Peterlee area.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and develop
- Support the school staff in facilitating children's participation in academic and social activities
- Contribute to raising standards of achievement for all pupils
- Implement daily routines and plan age-appropriate activities in conjunction with other staff
- Assist children with personal care and regularly evaluate their development
- Liaise with parents/carers as directed by the class teacher
- Uphold the Ripple Education ethos and safeguarding requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Minimum of 2 references
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Hold a qualification that meets the approved 'full and relevant' criteria for Early Years qualifications and inclusion of staffing ratios
