Role Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a skilled UK-based Zoho Developer to contribute their expertise to our dynamic team as we enhance our core systems and platforms.
  • This role is crucial to our long-term strategy within a complex and evolving business environment. We value confident individuals with experience in managing detailed requirements across Zoho CRM, Creator, Lead Generation, and external vendor integrations.
  • Your work will involve optimizing our client onboarding process, which is fully digitized, guiding clients from initial contact to compliance readiness.
  • You will collaborate within a Product Owner-led team, alongside another Zoho Developer, the Head of Product, and the CTO, focusing on the digital transformation of our essential internal processes.
  • Your Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Implementing new business process solutions utilizing the extensive Zoho product suite.
  • Engaging in technical discussions and articulating solutions to product requirements.
  • Facilitating changes in a live CRM environment for various stakeholders.
  • Bringing enthusiasm and energy to develop innovative tech solutions as we prepare for growth and scalability.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Zoho CRM development.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with a product-led approach.
  • Proficient knowledge of Zoho Creator, Zoho Writer, Zoho Sign, Pricebooks, webhooks, and API integrations.
  • Adept at addressing complex business requirements and proposing clear, user-friendly solutions.
  • Experience with Creator and CRM integration (this will be assessed during the interview).
  • Strong deluge programming skills, pushing the boundaries of what is achievable with Zoho.
  • Proven track record of utilizing Zoho CRM in live, sandbox, and development environments.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Creator-related tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Financial Services or Fintech sector.
  • Background as a technical lead or Zoho Consultant.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next, Vue, or Angular.
  • Technological Proficiencies:
  • Zoho CRM, Creator, Sign, Writer, Blueprints, and custom modules.
  • Tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace.
