About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Zoho HR Systems Configuration Specialist to join our team at HPRtalent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the optimization of our Zoho platform, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a diagnostic on our current Zoho system to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop a project plan to implement changes to the system, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with our HR, IT, and other relevant departments to define system scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Identify and manage project risks, providing solutions and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective information flow.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on new systems and processes.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Zoho HR Systems Configuration Specialist with a strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices. You will have a proven track record of working with Zoho (HR) either implementation or major system change programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Zoho (HR) either implementation or major system change program.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
