About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer to join our growing team as we upgrade our core systems and platforms. This is a complex, growing business where the role is integral to our long-term strategy.

The successful candidate will have prior experience of working with detailed requirements across Zoho CRM, Creator, Lead Generation, and integrating with external vendors. They will be working in a Product Owner-led team, with another Zoho Dev, Head of Product, and CTO, on the digitalization of our business-critical internal processes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver new business process solutions using the broad spectrum of the Zoho product suite.
  • Participate and articulate technical solutions to product requirements, partaking in technical discussions, investigations, and discovery.
  • Work with delivering change into a live CRM environment for a range of stakeholders.
  • Bring enthusiasm and energy to work with you and help us build great tech solutions as we position ourselves for growth and scale.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Zoho CRM development experience.
  • Working in an agile setting and being product-led.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of Zoho Creator, Zoho Writer, Zoho Sign, Pricebooks, web hooks, and API integrations.
  • Aptitude for dealing with complex business requirements and subject matter, and proposing explainable solutions that meet end-user requirements.
  • Working with Creator and integration with CRM (this will be tested for in interview).
  • Strong deluge skills, able to push what is possible with Zoho.
  • Track record of using Zoho CRM live, sandbox, and dev environments.
  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills for working with Creator.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in Financial Services/Fintech.
  • Experience working as a technical lead or Zoho Consultant.
  • Experience working with JavaScript frameworks (React, Next, Vue, Angular).
