Job Opportunity at G2 Legal Limited

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Probate Solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. As a leading law firm, we offer a challenging and rewarding career path for individuals who are passionate about contentious probate law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full and varied contentious probate caseload, including Inheritance Act cases, contested wills, executor disputes, and equitable interest claims.
  • Work closely with our award-winning partner to provide excellent training and mentoring opportunities.
  • Advise on good quality contentious probate work and contribute to the growth and development of our probate team.
  • Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and expand our client base.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 1 year of experience in contentious probate.
  • Unqualified paralegals and part-qualified legal executives with litigation experience and an interest in contentious probate are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
