Contentious Probate Solicitor Opportunity:


We are seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 2+ years PQE or CILEX to join their dedicated team in Taunton. The team has an outstanding reputation in this area of law, representing trustees, executors, and beneficiaries in complex and high-value disputes.


The successful candidate will deal with claims under the Inheritance Act, challenges to the validity of a Will, and Executor and Trustees disputes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team of lawyers who are committed to delivering exceptional results.
