About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Probate Solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal Limited, specializing in contentious probate matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a full and varied contentious probate caseload, including Inheritance Act cases, contested wills, executor disputes, and equitable interest claims.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you should be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 1 year of experience in contentious probate.
  • Unqualified paralegals and part-qualified legal executives with litigation experience and an interest in contentious probate are also encouraged to apply.
