Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Construction division, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and developing talent to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify top talent in the Construction industry
  • Assist in the delivery of interim, permanent, and search assignments
  • Develop and sustain client and candidate relationships to generate sales
  • Identify and approach potential candidates, and pre-screen them for suitability
  • Prepare and manage candidate CVs and CRM data
  • Create job adverts and determine the required criteria for each role
  • Advise clients on candidate selection to ensure the best fit
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and arrange meetings
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand our client base
