Marketing Manager, Client Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts for Gartner IT conferences. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales enablement and marketing strategies that drive engagement and result in client paid registrations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of Gartner's product offerings and conference agenda to create effective marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with conference program management and sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that cover the full buyer journey, from lead acquisition to registration.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence to inform and identify the best channel mix to drive ROI on campaign spend.
- Develop and maintain a robust social media strategy to amplify the conference value proposition and generate interest.
- Monitor demand conversion and registrations, identify challenges and solutions, and report results to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Metrics-driven and insatiably curious with a minimum of 5+ years' experience in outbound / digital marketing and direct responsibility for delivering revenue through marketing and sales channels.
- Experienced marketing leader and partner to sales and client-facing stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Data-driven and analytical; experience with Google Analytics a plus.
- Great interpersonal, collaborative and oral/written communication skills.
- Email marketing, with marketing automation experience such as Eloqua or similar.
- Experience with fundamental principles of design.
- SEO/SEM, web content creation and content management skills; experience with Adobe Experience Manager a plus.
