About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Executive to join our Schroders Capital Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting all product-related initiatives across our infrastructure investment strategies, including debt and equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and lead on deliverables associated with all fundraising activities, including market research, new product launches, and marketing materials.
  • Work alongside our Private Asset Sales teams to support client servicing, account planning, and investor meetings.
  • Coordinate the preparation of RFPs and ad-hoc responses to client and prospect requests.
  • Support the due diligence, set-up, and execution of new mandates and client solutions.
  • Research, organize, and attend relevant conferences to support core fundraising activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve our brand recognition and market presence.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of work experience in investment banking, capital markets, placement agent, investor relations, financial accounting, management consulting, or investment consulting.
  • A good understanding of private markets, including private debt, infrastructure, real estate, and private equity.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and strong project management skills.
  • Highly developed verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with strong content creation skills and technical/numerical skills.
  • Strong networking skills and proactive approach to working with colleagues across the business.
  • Highest ethical standards, integrity, and discipline.
  • Clear interest in Sustainability & Impact.
  • Preference for candidates with additional European language skills.
