About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an R&D Tax Relief Specialist. As a key member of our Innovation & Technology Group, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses navigate the complexities of R&D tax relief claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the preparation of technical and financial assessments for R&D tax relief claims.
  • Identify R&D projects and expenditure through participation in technical and financial discussions with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with our specialist capital allowances team to provide comprehensive R&D tax relief services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including CEOs, finance directors, and technical directors.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the R&D tax relief services or industry equivalent.
  • Strong technical and financial skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for tax relief.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM), or a business degree with a focus on taxation.
