About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Project Manager to join our team at Crux Product Design. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales-related initiatives and projects forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver multiple sales projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and within budget constraints.
  • Provide project management activities for sales campaigns, aligning with our marketing strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create detailed project plans, setting milestones and managing risks to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage and allocate resources for sales projects, managing interdependencies between client projects.
  • Manage the budget allocated for sales projects and campaigns, ensuring efficient resource allocation and expenditures within budget constraints.
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape program strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to gather feedback and insights for program improvements.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with events and conferences, including handling presentation content, conference stand bookings, and event sponsorship.
  • Oversee content release post-meeting.
  • Support Crux's continual development by raising suggestions or ideas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' project management experience with a track-record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience of planning tasks and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate and diplomatic manner.
  • Ability to communicate ideas and work flexibly within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to track project progress and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to address issues as they arise, and both make and drive decisions.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Desirable
  • Experience working within a commercial environment.
  • An industry-recognised Project Management qualification or certification.
