We are seeking a creative, seasoned, and results-driven individual with the passion and energy to drive progress in a dynamic and supportive team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading cross-functional teams to effectively deliver multiple sales projects
- Providing project management support for sales campaigns in coordination with our marketing efforts
- Developing comprehensive project plans, establishing milestones, and mitigating risks
- Monitoring project advancement, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and within-budget project completion
- Allocating and managing resources for sales projects while overseeing interdependencies with client projects
- Managing the budget for sales projects and campaigns to ensure efficient resource allocation and adherence to budget constraints
- Delivering accurate and timely program status reports to internal stakeholders
- Identifying market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape program strategies
- Collaborating with sales representatives to collect feedback and insights for program enhancement
- Maintaining transparent and effective communication with internal stakeholders
- Coordinating events and conferences, including handling presentation content, stand bookings, and event sponsorship
- Supervising content release post-events
- Contributing ideas and suggestions for Crux's continuous improvement and development
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of project management experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in task planning and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an articulate and diplomatic approach
- Capability to communicate ideas effectively and collaborate within a diverse team environment
- Proficiency in tracking project progress and ensuring on-time and within-budget project delivery
- Ability to address issues promptly and make informed decisions
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in working within a commercial setting
- Hold an industry-recognized Project Management certification
