- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and allocate resources for sales projects, managing interdependencies between client projects.
- Manage the budget allocated for sales projects and campaigns, ensuring efficient resource allocation and expenditures within budget constraints.
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status to internal stakeholders.
- Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape program strategies.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to gather feedback and insights for program improvements.
- Maintain open and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with events and conferences, including handling presentation content, conference stand bookings, and event sponsorship.
- Oversee content release post-meeting.
- Support Crux's continual development by raising suggestions or ideas for improvement.
- A minimum of 3 years' project management experience with a track-record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience of planning tasks and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate and diplomatic manner.
- Ability to communicate ideas and work flexibly within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to track project progress and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to address issues as they arise, and both make and drive decisions.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working within a commercial environment.
- An industry-recognised Project Management qualification or certification.
