Job Overview

As a Strategic Financial Projects Director at Hyster-Yale Materials Handling Inc, you will lead the development and execution of key commercial projects that drive significant impact on our EMEA operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, including financial and non-financial data analysis, to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Negotiate with third-party vendors and stakeholders to secure project agreements and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management, including the MD EMEA and VP Finance EMEA, on project opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with global teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Accounting qualification and university degree.
  • Minimum 15 years of PQE experience in industry or as a management consultant.
  • Strong business acumen, self-starter, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills.
