Primary Purpose

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic financial projects that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project opportunities.
  • Negotiate with third-party vendors to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
  • Present project results and recommendations to senior management.

Key Accountabilities

  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Advanced degree in finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in financial project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop recommendations.
