Billing Assistant

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a skilled Billing Assistant to join its Finance team in Glasgow. As a key member of the team, you will provide financial administrative support to clients, partners, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare and process fee notes, maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Contribute to credit control efforts, working closely with the Feeing supervisor.
- Assist staff and clients with queries related to invoices, providing excellent customer service.
- Support the Feeing supervisor in learning and development opportunities.
- 3 years of experience in a general or specialized finance role.
- Previous experience in a Legal cash room environment.
- Excellent numeracy and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using IT office, financial systems, and Excel.
