About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Billing Analyst to join our Business Services team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely generation and dispatch of client invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise billing guides and finalise bills on 3E
  • Submit bills via eBilling platforms
  • Verify matter data and liaise with legal and tax teams to resolve queries
  • Support the Credit Control team
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Facilitate multi-jurisdictional billing
  • Participate in billing review meetings with Partners
