Role Overview and Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the ABM UK Glasgow Team. As a Billing Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the closing of the month-end billing and production of key accounting reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Close month-end billing and produce key accounting reports
  • Assist in running reports for the Senior Management Team
  • Assist in raising Purchase Orders
  • Support weekly and monthly billing procedures

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proactive approach
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and able to plan, prioritize, and manage workloads
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
