**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage team performance to achieve revenue and service agreement sales targets
  • Control work in progress to meet set targets
  • Approve and manage suppliers and sub-contractors to improve costs and standards
  • Ensure claim settlement on warranty recovery equals job cost or exceeds it
  • Address health and safety or environmental issues at the depot, reporting to the H&S Manager if necessary
  • Promote good housekeeping practices to maintain a healthy and safe working environment

**Requirements**

  • Industry and product knowledge is essential
  • Management experience and managing field-based teams is essential
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good people management skills with experience in employee relations
  • Ability to build strong relationships
