Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Operations Manager to join our team at Eden Springs UK Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our branch operations, driving continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations: Ensure the effective management of branch operations, including the deployment of resources, management of productivity, and review of performance metrics.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional levels of service to customers, including the resolution of customer complaints and the achievement of a minimum of 40% NPS score each month.
- Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in bottle and sanitisation volumes across routes, customer NPS/Eden Springs UK Online Reputation, and associate engagement.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor all operating activity against company and governing body standards, complete field audits, and ensure 100% compliance.
- Financial Management: Control all operating costs to deliver continual improvement in cost per bottle delivered and revenue, manage courier/temporary labour requirements, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Team Management: Establish and maintain a safety-first culture across the team, manage branch fleet maintenance, and ensure driving behaviours meet DVSA legislation and regulations.
- Planning and Coordination: Manage and plan all annual leave to ensure optimal staffing levels, collaborate with customer service, sales, supply chain, and production colleagues, and fulfill delegation of Area Operations Manager tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Strong Organisational and Planning Skills: Ability to work to time pressures, prioritise activity, and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with associates, customers, and internal colleagues.
- Commercial Awareness: Sound working knowledge of company's operating processes and commercial objectives.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional travel and overnight stays.
