Windsor Forest Colleges is seeking a skilled Technical Skills Coach to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Technical Skills Coach, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of apprentices in Plumbing and Gas, providing support and enhancing the apprentice/employer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage a caseload of apprentices in Plumbing and Gas
  • Provide support and guidance to apprentices to enhance their learning experience
  • Work closely with employers to ensure a positive experience for both apprentices and employers
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of apprentices, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to apprentice support

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in Plumbing and Gas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks and standards
