We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Skills Coach to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges Group. As a Technical Skills Coach, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of apprentices and providing support to enhance their learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective skills coaching, mentoring, and teaching to apprentices to assist them in achieving a successful end-point assessment.
  • Manage a caseload of apprentices and provide individualized support to meet their learning needs.
  • Work closely with employers and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality apprenticeships.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of apprenticeship programs and materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of apprenticeship programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education to a level 3 standard in plumbing and heating.
  • Gas experience and CCN1 and CENWAT qualifications or a commitment to working towards them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
