Position Overview

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Pulmonary Rehabilitation Support Specialist to become a vital member of our dedicated team at East Cheshire NHS Trust.

Our team is committed to delivering comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation services to patients through a combination of in-person classes in community environments and personalized home support. We aim to enhance our offerings by incorporating digital solutions, allowing greater accessibility and benefits for our patients.

Weekly Commitment: - Part-time options available

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate within a team to provide pulmonary rehabilitation services throughout the East Cheshire area.

- Under the guidance of a qualified clinician, facilitate therapy sessions in individual, group, and multidisciplinary formats.

- Assist the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service Team Leader in the daily operational management of the service.

- Support the Team Leader in achieving accreditation for the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service, including participation in research and initiatives aimed at service enhancement.
