Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-disciplined individual to join our team as a Customer Service Field Agent. As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for visiting customers in their homes, providing excellent customer service, and collecting data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit customers in their homes to provide excellent customer service and collect data
  • Travel to new areas and interact with new people on a daily basis
  • Use a laptop and smartphone to receive, view, and input information
  • Be organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Owned car
  • Willingness to complete a DBS check
  • Ability to travel up to 40 miles
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to persuade reluctant respondents to take part in surveys
Benefits:
  • £12 per hour
  • 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays)
  • Temporary contract with weekly pay through Randstad
  • 1 meal per 6 hours, 2 meals per 10 hours
  • 45p per mile
