We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our supported living service in Preston, Lancashire. Our service provides quality care and support to three active and fun-loving female residents with learning disabilities.
Responsibilities
---------------
* Provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning
* Promote service users' independence and choice
* Encourage service users to engage in a range of exciting social activities both within and outside their homes
* Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families
* Work part-time hours flexibly according to the needs of the service, with a willingness to work sleep-ins at a rate of £40 per shift
* Be a driver is essential for this role
