Job Title: Head of Performance Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Performance Analysis team. As Head of Performance Analysis, you will be responsible for driving business improvement initiatives and ensuring that our operations are fully compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of business improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance
  • Provide analytical support to inform business decisions
