Head of Performance Optimization

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Performance Analysis team. As Head of Performance Analysis, you will be responsible for driving business performance improvement initiatives across our operations.
About the RoleThis is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of business operations, change management, and project delivery. You will work closely with our Director of Industry Operations, industry managers, team leaders, business analysts, and project managers to deliver industry-affected initiatives and improve our billing and settlement performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives across our operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational, technological, and regulatory change initiatives
- Develop and maintain project plans, PID's, and operational and technical business change requests
- Extract and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate change and improvement
- 2+ years of experience in programme/project management, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven leadership skills with a record of accomplishment of leading/motivating teams, individuals, and promoting exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Experience in leading the delivery of operational, technological, and regulatory change initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and comfortable communicating at all levels
- Responsibility for delivering excellent performance results
