Job Title: Head of Performance Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Performance Analysis team. As Head of Performance Analysis, you will be responsible for ensuring our end-to-end industry operations are fully compliant with the latest industry and systems processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive successful change initiatives
  • Manage performance of cross-functional and skilled teams
  • Collaborate and educate teams to deliver required change
  • Continuously improve and evolve processes to support best practice industry approach
  • Deliver structured change management elements of projects

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Programme/Project Management experience
  • Excellent analysis skills using data to inform decisions
  • Proven leadership skills with a record of accomplishment of leading/motivating teams
  • Experience in leading delivery of operational, technological, and regulatory change
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and comfortable communicating at all levels
