At Kemp Recruitment Ltd, we're on a mission to find the perfect fit for our clients' needs. As a Candidate Manager / Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in building relationships with candidates and helping them find their ideal role.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a strong candidate database
- Make outbound calls to new and existing candidates
- Collaborate with Lead Consultants to place candidates in suitable roles
- Assist with scheduling interviews and candidate assessments
- Self-motivated and resilient individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under pressure and make effective decisions
- A dynamic and supportive team environment
- Uncapped commission and quarterly bonus opportunities
