We are excited to announce an opportunity for dedicated individuals to become part of our team as Evening Childcare Support Specialists.

Position:
Evening Childcare Support Specialist
Competitive annual salary (plus additional overnight compensation).

Work Schedule:
Full-time, Permanent (47 hours per week).

Requirements:
- Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Incentive:
A welcome bonus of £1,000, distributed as £500 after the first month of service and an additional £500 upon successful completion of a six-month probationary period.

We prioritize the wellbeing of our staff to ensure that our young individuals receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist young individuals in attending appointments and engaging in activities such as shopping and outings.
- Facilitate participation in various tasks and recreational activities.

As part of the Outcomes First Group, we are seeking compassionate Childcare Support Specialists to join our dedicated teams.

About Our Service:
Our facility is designed to provide a nurturing and secure environment for up to six young individuals aged 11-18, who may have complex emotional and social needs.

This accommodation aims to support long-term placements, fostering successful transitions into adulthood and integration into the community.

Our location offers a variety of outdoor activities, promoting a healthy lifestyle and engagement with nature.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. All successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive Enhanced DBS check and will be reimbursed for the Update Service Fee.
