Position Overview

Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Care Manager to oversee our young people's accommodation services.

Incentives

Join our team and benefit from a £5,000 Welcome Bonus, distributed as follows:

  • £2,500 after completing 1 month of service
  • £2,500 after completing 6 months of service
Working Hours

This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Requirements
  • A valid Full UK Driving Licence and the legal right to work in the UK.
  • A strong background in childcare and proven leadership abilities.
  • A commitment to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for young individuals.
  • Possession of a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
  • Preferred: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People (or willingness to pursue this qualification).
  • A comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, including the Children's Act and Quality Care Standards.
