This role has arisen due to a restructure within the department, offering an excellent opportunity for a professional to make a significant impact.

About the Role:

  • Provide financial guidance and advice to various stakeholders, including resource allocation and short to medium-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to evaluate options and implement plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Lead the monthly management accounts, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting process.
  • Monitor and provide insight and advice on the financial performance.
  • Deliver financial results against Key Performance Indicators.

Requirements:

  • A professional Accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CIPFA).
  • Experience in identifying and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in strategic business partnering within a complex organisation.
  • Full exposure to the development of end-to-end business cases.
  • Ability to contribute to organisational vision and strategy.
